Are you being slaughtered? Lambs are slaughtered. Yes. We know our Savior who for the joy that was set before Him, endured the cross of Calvary for us. He asks no more of us but to endure life even when being sent to the slaughter... and we are to do so with joy in our hearts! His joy, which is what strengthens us! His joy is our knowing Him and living for Him, doing whatever it is He has for us. The Word tells us we are His sheep and we have been sent - sent out into a world of wolves! That's right, wolves. What do the wolves do to sheep? They eat them, if they can. They eat them alive! Unless, of course, the sheep become wise!
