The Holy Spirit teaches us all things. Jesus said so and in John's Gospel we are introduced to the Holy Spirit and why He was sent to us. The Holy Spirit is our source of true spiritual understanding. It is the Holy Spirit that enables us to live by the truth. He teaches us how to compare spiritual things with spiritual. As we are spiritual beings He interprets the spiritual to us. It is through the Holy Spirit that we are able to live the Christian life.
